The Island Hurricane is a 24-foot Searay sport fishing cuddy cabin. She has an aluminum offshore bracket designed to hold outboard power, auxiliary safety power and to free up fishing deck space. This type of boat is comfortable with lots of protection
from weather, with on board washroom facilities. Searay boats have high gunnels and a wide beam so they are stable fishing platforms. The deep vee hull has a soft ride and is very seaworthy. The Island Hurricane has commercial grade Furuno Radar for fishing in limited visibility and Global Positioning Systems to pinpoint fish holding hot spots. Shimano Reels, Scotty electric down riggers and a variety of fishing gear depending on your choice of fishing. A Yamaha four stroke trolling motor and a rear steering station provide smooth efficient fishing. |
